What shop systems and integrations can I use with Hive?

Hive seamlessly integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Xentral, and Amazon. Plus we have our own API for custom integrations.

How much does fulfillment with Hive cost?

At Hive you only pay what you really need. The service fee depends on various factors, which you can learn about on our pricing page.

How long is the onboarding process?

We can onboard your brand in as quickly as 72 hours. Of course, this depends on how quickly your inventory arrives in our fulfillment center. We are happy to support you in organizing the transport.

I have B2B and B2C orders, can Hive fulfill both?

Yes, we can take care of both.

Can I fulfill my dangerous goods with Hive?

We do not handle dangerous goods. If you are unsure whether your product is declared as a dangerous good, feel free to reach out to us at growth@hive.app

Does Hive ship internationally?

Yes, for international shipping we hand your packed orders to your carrier and ship via them.

Can I restock also during Q4?

Yes, we accept restocking also during the busiest times such as Q4.
