Hive Expands European Footprint with Additional Fulfillment Centers in Poland and Spain

Berlin, February 20, 2026 –  Hive, the leading end-to-end, tech-enabled operations engine powering independent brands across Europe, today announces significant upgrades to its fulfillment network. To meet surging demand and power the next phase of pan-European growth for its brands, Hive has officially opened an additional, large-scale facility in Poland (POZ2) and significantly upgraded its Spanish operations by relocating to a newly constructed, expanded facility (MAD4).

Massive Footprint in Poland

Following a period of rapid volume growth, Hive has officially opened its second Polish facility, POZ2. Located just a five-minute drive from the existing POZ1 site, the new facility ensures seamless integration with existing carrier networks while delivering a massive injection of capacity. Thanks to the location directly on the border, brands wanting to tackle the German market can benefit from the same delivery speeds as if they would send from within Germany, while experiencing a cheaper cost base due to labor market differences between the two countries.

POZ2 adds 18,884 sqm of operational space to Hive’s footprint, unlocking approximately 20,000 new pallet spaces. This expansion is not just about square footage; it is about giving brands the runway to scale without limits. By securing this additional capacity, Hive ensures that brands leveraging the cost-efficiency of Polish fulfillment have the room to grow their inventory and order volumes aggressively over the coming years.

More Growth for Spain‍

Simultaneously, Hive is upgrading its capabilities and increasing its capacity in Southern Europe with the move to the MAD4 warehouse in Madrid. This newly constructed facility, built in 2022, represents a strategic shift toward maximum flexibility to keep up with surging demand in the region.

MAD4 offers a highly optimized and easily expandable layout designed to support even the most ambitious growth trajectories. By transitioning to this modernized space, Hive ensures that brands scaling in the Spanish market benefit from highly efficient processing flows, greater operational agility, and the physical runway needed to expand without limits.
